April’s THEME:

Plant Creatures

MAIL TO Host by:   May 1 – 7th (I ask you try to always mail by the first few days of the new month unless there is an extension.)

THIS IS: THE CHARACTER OR CREATURE ACTUALLY IS A PLANT! Because this is the advent of spring …and oh goodness how Spring torments me with ALL THE GROWING THINGS….but I love to DRAW plants and foliage and all those beautiful organic things. I know many of you do too – So let’s have a marvelous month full of plant creatures/characters! (Keep in mind while a character with plants growing out of them is cool that isn’t really what this theme is about, for this your character is a plant!)

Requirements: As always our normal standards of original 2.5 x 3.5 inch original hand drawn/colored/painted cards apply.  Read this Guidelines page!  and follow them or risk your cards not being swapped my lovelies! Cards must contain a plant character/creature. Don’t forget I swap based on effort, detail & composition.

• What if your favorite animal or mythical creatures were actually made out of plants? Basically IS a plant, but its alive, its a creature its a character…don’t forget that important part!
• Its an infestation of…..the pod people! omg could be scary or adorable…
• Oh My what big vines you have…
• I’m running out of silly joke prompts…dryads are plants too….haha
