ATCitupwithfriends: December 2024 – Foodimals

ATCitupwithFriends is an ILLUSTRATION, Fantasy & Science Fiction focused Art Challenge – Trade Group hosted by Pabkins

Timeline and General info:

MAIL TO Host by: Check with me about due date (the mail by dates are usually the 15th of the following month but sometimes there are often extensions. the most up to date mail by dates can be found on our group discord announcement channel, or newsletter or hey, ask me!)Requirements: As always our normal standards apply of original mailing THREE cards (four if sending a host gift card) They must be 2.5 x 3.5 inch original hand drawn/colored/painted cards in your best efforts. I swap cards around based on composition, detail, and final execution. Empty backgrounds or people/objects with solid color for background, or head only cards are discouraged, please try for more. This community is made fabulous by everyone trying their best and being supportive and encouraging of each other’s growth.

December’s THEME:

Foodimals

Your card must feature a foodimal! But what is a foodimal? It is an animal that is a food character. This is inspired by the film “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs” and the November #CDC Character Design Challenge theme. There were so many amazing foodimals. So your foodimal shouldn’t just be a “food with a face” that would not be a foodimal! It should actually have some sort of animal or creature mashup element to it. You do not have to use a real animal but it should definitely look strongly of animal that is a food.
