ATCitupwithfriends: September 2025 – Fashion Styles – Bonus theme – Anime!

ATCitupwithFriends is an ILLUSTRATION, Fantasy & Science Fiction focused Art Challenge – Trade Group hosted by Pabkins

Timeline and General info:

MAIL TO Host by: NORMALLY the mail by dates are usually the 15th of the following month but sometimes there are extensions. the most up to date mail by dates can be found by messaging me to ask or on our group discord announcement channel.Requirements: As always our normal standards apply of original mailing THREE cards (four if sending a host gift card) They must be 2.5 x 3.5 inch original hand drawn/colored/painted cards in your best efforts. I swap cards around based on composition, detail, and final execution. Empty backgrounds or people/objects with solid color for background, or head only cards are discouraged, please try for more. This community is made fabulous by everyone trying their best and being supportive and encouraging of each other’s growth.

September’s THEME:

Fashion Styles

& 2nd Bonus swap theme : Anime!

Fashion Styles theme: Each card must have a character featuring a unique style of clothing/appearance.
Punk, Goth, Emo, Preppy, Runway, High Fashion, Roaring 20s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, Rock, Kawaii, Cottage Core, Victorian, Heavy Metal – as long as it is a distinctive style of fashion appearance. I suggest choosing a different style for each of your cards but if you really want to make an entire matching set of 80’s rockers or a bunch of bebopping greeasers and poodle skirt girls, Have fun!

For the 2nd theme ANIME (this is a different swap not a combo with Fashion )- Each card has any anime you want to draw, character, scene, fan art, mashup, master studies are ok as well. Be sure to write the name of the anime & character on the back. Have fun!

Please rise to the challenge and treat your fellow artists with respect by putting in your best efforts. If you are unwilling to put forth true effort then please do not apply to join!
